  • What can be included in my clean?
    Each plan will be custom made to fit the needs of your specific area, however here are a few ideas of what can be included; Entry ways. Floor care including vacuuming & mopping. Garbage & recycling removal. Washroom cleaning/sanitizing, restocking of supplies. Dusting. Sanitizing high touch areas. All common areas including kitchens, board meeting rooms, seating area ect..
  • How are you services and pricing calculated?
    Each customer and building have a unique scope of work. Therefore, we will make an appointment to meet personally on site with you and asses your specific needs. We then provide a contract of all services provided and total cost per clean.
  • Do I need to provide my own cleaning products / equipment?
    No you do not. We provide what is needed for cleaning supplies and equipment. However if there is a product that you already have or prefer to be used we can make needed adjustment.
  • How do I make payments?
    Depending on the frequency of services provided you can make an electronic payment or we can work with your payrole services.

We can work out a schedule to best fit both your needs and budget

Payments Accepted

We accept at this time both cheque and electronic payments.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not for some reason 100% satisfied with the services provided please let us know and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.
