Do I need to provide my own cleaning prouducts / equipment?No you do not. Since we always strive to use natural cleaning prouducts we provide what is needed for cleaning supplies and equipment. However if there is a prouduct that you alredy have or prefer to be used we can work with that as well.

Do I need to be present for the clean?No. We will meet with you and go over any specific details that you want or need done for your particular clean, as well as inform you what is included or available in regards to services. At that time we will arange a time and way to access the building for the services to be performed.

How do I make payments?Depending on the frequency of services provided you can make a one time payment via check or electronic payment. Or if we are providing regular cleaning services you may provide post dated cheques or we can invoice to work with your payrole services.

Is satisfaction guarenteed?Yes! It is our policy to make sure that all clients are completly satisfied with all services provided to them.

How are you services and pricing calculated?Each customer and building have a unique scope of work. Therefore, we will make an appointment to meet personally on site with you and asses your specific needs. We then provide a contract of all services provided and total cost per clean.

Payments Accepted
We accept at this time both cheque and electronic payments.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not for some reason 100% satisfied with the services provided please let us know and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.
